If there ever was two people that know how to throw a party, it was this couple and their families. With close to 300 of their family and friends they wanted a wedding that was centered around an amazing experience with great food, entertainment and atmosphere. The church ceremony was absolutely stunning and took place downtown followed by a cocktail hour in the English Perennial Gardens of Frederik Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Park. Guests were greeted with jazz music, soft seating options all around and a square bar at the center of it all.
When it was time to head inside the saxophone artist lead in guests followed by our bride and groom.They kept everyone dancing as they headed through the draping into their stunning reception and out on the dance floor. Their signature monogram was the center of the floor but the showstopper was the band who was cued up and in sync with the saxophone. Talk about a group that could party!
The double sided 18 foot bar was surrounded by cocktail tables in the atrium of the Grand Room and the mix of tables featured longs, squares and rounds creating a wonderfully welcoming dynamic for all guests. We had the softest ballet pink as the primary color and it was throughout the paper goods, stunning floral and accents. We think this wedding is an absolute show stopper and it was even more fun than it looks! Enjoy!
