In just under a year our team pulled together a dream wedding for Taylor and Ben at the groom's family home. It was a labor of love and required A LOT of planning and work from everyone involved. The groom's father had to level the land to have a space large enough to host a tent and there was really only 1 production company in town that could handle a set up of this size. We walked the property in October of 2022 and started laying the plans and vendors needed to make it all happen.
Something that allowed this event to truly come to life was the implicit trust the family placed in our hands to design them something magical. We were inspired by Italian architecture and design and wanted to give them something that felt intimate, yet high end. The wood and white checkered dance floor with the overhead lighting played a key role in this design and was a larger investment but absolutely worth it. All paper goods were printed right on fabric to give them movement and a little drama. Set up again was everything with the ceremony where we pain staking placed every chair to curve just so around the pond and the centerpiece, a pergola dropping with floral and greenery. Oversized umbrellas shaded guests from the gorgeous late fall sun.
McKenzie and Kelly spent hours selecting the right candles, place settings, glassware and paper goods to adorn the tables. A pattern black and white plate with the complimenting neutral toned menu card was understated yet elegant.
