In just under a year, our team brought Taylor and Ben’s dream wedding to life — right in the groom’s family’s backyard.
What began as a raw piece of land transformed into a breathtaking celebration, thanks to months of careful planning, collaboration, and an incredible amount of love and trust.
The groom’s father undertook the massive task of leveling the property to create a space large enough for the tented reception — a project that required the expertise of one of the only production companies in town capable of handling such a large-scale installation. From our first site walk in October 2022, we began building a vendor team and laying the foundation for what would become a truly extraordinary event.
What made this wedding so special was the family’s full trust in our vision. Inspired by the elegance of Italian architecture and design, we set out to create something that felt luxurious, yet warm and intimate. A custom wood-and-white checkered dance floor paired with overhead lighting became a focal point of the reception — a bold investment that paid off beautifully. To add a sense of drama and movement, all paper goods were printed directly on fabric.
The ceremony was a masterclass in thoughtful design and placement. Every chair was meticulously arranged to gently curve around the pond, framing a floral-draped pergola that served as the ceremony’s stunning centerpiece. Oversized umbrellas offered guests comfort from the golden autumn sun, adding both function and elegance.
McKenzie and Kelly spent countless hours curating every tabletop detail — from the soft glow of candlelight to the perfect combination of place settings, glassware, and custom paper elements. A patterned black-and-white plate paired with a neutral-toned menu card offered an understated yet elevated touch that pulled the entire look together.
