Lauren and Karl’s wedding was one to remember and we are excited to dive into the details that made their day perfect! One thing that made planning this New Vintage Place wedding so special was that they are best friends and did everything together. From picking out chargers and napkin colors to hour long phone calls, Lauren and Karl did it all together. 

Lauren and Karl really trusted our planners which made for a fun and easy planning process. Their design was elegant and gorgeous with white and heavy greenery everywhere. We were able to carry the greenery design throughout the entire space by trailing the staircase that led the guests to cocktail hour, by placing a canopy over the head table, and placing a pop of greenery at each place setting. With the help of Shelly’s Floral Designs, Lauren and Karl’s wedding was really brought to life.

An amazing statement piece at the reception was the place card table. Guests could find their name at the base of a champagne glass and take that to their seat to enjoy. The circle table allowed for easy access on all sides.

The couple also wanted to have a romantic feel by incorporating copper tones. The copper element was first carried out through a custom invitation all packed into a shiny copper envelope. A warm copper charger was brought into the design as well as copper mugs for an authentic Moscow Mule. 

Throughout the entire ceremony we had heavy candlelight and let the head table be the center of attention in the reception space by covering it in candlelight. The other lights within the space were dimmed so that the head table could really shine.
